Face to lake beautiful scenery. Walk access to boat landing pier. Plentiful breakfast served in the breathtaking views dining room. Free bicycles to use. Short distance to lake bike trails. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Sun Moon Lake.

A luxurious hotel in Sun Moon Lake. It is definitely an older building but it has modern furnishings inside. The breakfast buffet was decent but had limited options (Taiwanese or basic Western). It's attached to Shuishe Pier so you can walk out for a beautiful view of the sunrise/sunset.

Their receptionists are multifaceted! The same person offers concierge services , bellboy, and room delivery service. Knowledgeable, warm hospitality offered to all the guests.

The bedroom was clean & functional. The view of the lake was wonderful. The breakfast buffet had several selections. The staff was friendly. It’s walking distance from restaurants, shops, the trails.

Great location, near bus stop and Shuishe pier. The breakfast is various and some menu is local food, you can try it. At the lobby, you can find tea shop (Ten Ren's Tea), nice to shop and drink the famous Sun Moon Lake or as you wish.

Hotel located at a great location with a beautiful lake view (if selected). Staff were extremely helpful. Fantastic room amenities and room service.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a special occasion stay. When we booked our visit for a birthday celebration, they went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable by setting up birthday decorations in the room - a lovely surprise that truly made our celebration even more special. THANK YOU.
